Four stations with independent start; supply pressure 0.3-1.2MPa at 0.25 percent accuracy; outlet temperature ambient to 120C (0.25 percent); built-in boiler temperature control working with the appliance control board. Verdict logic: stable outlet temperature band, measured power within 10 percent of rating by digital power meter, pressure 9 plus/minus 1bar held over 10 seconds; flow includes dosed water fill (e.g. 1.5L), relay-simulated power-on, warm-up wait and steam-path condensate check (wet steam fails); PT100 sampling, digital power meter, analogue pressure input, level input and water-leak sensor cutting water and power; hard-wired emergency stop; 10-inch touch screen with PLC (Modbus TCP to MES), pneumatic valves and tower lamps; 30L purified-water tank, 3.5kW maximum per station (external load supply) with 10A/16A and multi-use sockets; aluminium frame with painted panels and stainless tank.
