Aging a floor scrubber by pushing it around the workshop ties up operators; single surface type, nobody to drain the water, overheating unnoticed - six machines need six people and data is a mess.
Capability
Mobile aging life test bench simulating real walking of floor scrubbers on carpet, hard floor or tile surfaces laid on the bench. Servo reciprocating drive carries the machine back and forth; external AC/DC source powers the unit; water pumps fill each station and suction devices drain waste water on schedule. Six stations (3 per group); DC0-60V, 0-20A per station; travel 100-600mm; clamp speed 150-800mm/s; logs voltage, current, power, temperature, time, counts, speed and travel; cycles 0-99999999, counting 0-999999s; fill and drain timers 0-99999s; two K-type points per station (8 total, 0-200C); Mitsubishi PLC with 7-inch touch screen and USB export. 3500x1250x1680mm, AC220V 2.5kW.
