Impact endurance test bench for floor scrubber brushes and whole-machine repeated impact verification. Servo motor drives a linear module push rod for reciprocating impact; force, stroke and speed all settable. Two stations; impact force 0-200N digital display (class 0.5); stroke 0-1200mm; speed 0-1.0m/s plus or minus 10 percent; unpowered testing (powered optional); cycles 0-999999, counts 0-9999999; 7-inch colour touch screen with Mitsubishi FX PLC and power-fail memory. About 2000x950x1700mm, AC220V 50Hz 1.5kW.
