ITO vacuum web coaters in series
models produced by our company are specially designed to deposit ITO flexible films
or other metal and non-metal films on flexible substrate materials, applicable
in the following industrial fields:
1), transparent electromagnetic shielding film;
2), transparent electrode of irradiant screen display;
3), transparent electrode film for touch screen.
4), others such as flexible solar cell films, flexible
printed circuit and anti-static films as well as transparent heating films,
etc.
High vacuum web coater is specially
designed equipment for coating aluminium films or oxidant compound films or
other metallic films on rolls of any polyester membranes. It can be also
equipped with both wire-feeding system, MF melting pot, DC or MF sputtering
metallization functions as per customers specific requirements to realize
certain coating purposes.
The
web coaters can be flexibly or selectively equipped for different coating
purposes with ionic bombardment clearing system, linear ion source, powerful
E-beam gun, sputtering power source and cathodes and PECVD device, etc in order
to strengthen its functions.
