The production line for CIGS thin film solar cells is
mainly applied for the production of large-scale photovoltaic glass template or
flexible optoelectronic materials based on the surface of flexible materials or
ordinary glass panels to deposit CIGS thin films by the technology of magnetron
sputtering plus selenium.
As per the market demands on thin film solar cells,
our company has developed a number of models and specifications of the
continuous sputtering production line with a variety of continuous coating
process for the production of CIGS thin film solar panels. Adopting the
technology of DC plus MF magnetron sputtering deposition with automatic control
system, the production line is available for continuous mass production, enabling
itself to replace similar imported machine lines.
