Product Overview

We produce full‑range motor stator and rotor silicon‑steel laminations & cores, including centrifugal outer‑rotor cores, DC‑series cores, permanent‑magnet motor cores, EI laminations, brushless motor cores, stepper motor cores, linear motor cores, series‑wound motor cores, shaded‑pole motor cores, spindle motor cores, ceiling‑fan motor cores, new‑energy drive motor cores, AC generator cores and miniature instrument brushless motor cores.

Custom development is available according to customer drawings or samples, covering product design, mold development, high‑speed stamping, core stacking, in‑mold self‑bonding, dispensing and skewed‑pole processing.

Core Process Capabilities

In‑mold Self‑bonding Core: Laminations bonded inside die, no riveting or welding, high flatness and low iron loss.
Skewed‑pole Core: Big‑rotation skewed‑pole outer‑rotor cores to reduce motor noise and improve performance.
Dispensing Stacked Core: Glue‑fixed stacking for core‑less cup and micro precision motors.
High‑speed Stamping: High‑precision progressive die stamping with stable dimensional tolerance.
From prototype sample to mass production: Small‑batch sampling for validation, large‑volume core production supported at Foshan manufacturing base.
